Soooo… I eat a lot of pomegranates now. Full story coming soon, but because of this new habit I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to buy / peel the dang things.

Pomegranate juice gets everywhere and stains everything. This is not an easy fruit to eat. Mother Nature was really working hard to protect these delicious seedlings.

Thankful that so many grocery stores have them pre-seeded, but it’s expensive.

Then I read in an old cook book (a favorite pastime of mine) about peeling pomegranates in water. It was a light-bulb moment.

This certainly isn’t novel, but it’s life changing in my little world.
